I went into a ComfyUI Minimax H3 rabbit hole this week, and had so much fun! Minimax H3 is an open source generative video model that has great video editing capabilities. Check out my insights as vfx compositor while putting myself as the Terminator on the movie.

Use this script to optimise frame sequences before sending the smallest necessary frame area to ComfyUI, VitMatte, or another GPU-memory-hungry processing or compositing step. It works with RotoShapes, Crop, and CurveTool. Use the offset parameter to enlarge or reduce the bounding box. Python Script is here on Github
